Coronation Heights
Polygon has recently submitted a development application for Coronation Heights – a transit-oriented master plan community designated for high density development in the City of Coquitlam’s recently adopted City Centre Area Plan. This beautiful 11-acre property is a short walk from Inlet Centre Station and nearby shops and services at Suter Brook and Newport Village.
The community we envision includes market and rental apartments, a public park, a childcare facility, neighbourhood retail, a natural woodland area with a network of trails, and a central indoor amenity for residents. This unique site is set in Coquitlam’s City Centre with an inherent natural and peaceful character. We have an opportunity to create a community which brings people back to nature, while benefiting from being close to transit.

Project Details
We are in the early stages of the rezoning approval process with the City of Coquitlam and our proposal is subject to council approval. We are working closely with City Staff in designing and delivering a thoughtful community guided by local context.
Polygon has been building homes in Coquitlam for over 28 years and, since 1993, we have completed over 4,500 homes including several integral master planned communities to the area. We are very proud to bring forward our next master plan community: Coronation Heights.
