NEW WATER: VANCOUVER SUN
Polygon’s New Water condominium project, the first residential component of the new River District neighbourhood below Marine Way in Vancouver, may be the best-kept real estate secret in the city. Most of the units in the first building were purchased by residents in the immediate neighbourhood. The second building went on sale a week ago.
