Your house code is a unique number assigned to your specific home. For homes built after February 2010, your house code can be found on the electrical panel inside your home. If your home was built prior to this date or you are unable to locate your house code, please email
customerservice@polyhomes.com and we would be happy to provide you with your unique number. Note: Proof of ownership will be required to receive a house code.
