It describes everything from colour codes for your paint and carpeting, to lists of neighbourhood amenities and tips for maintenance. Your manual provides an overview of warranty coverage and detailed information on our Customer Service program, along with service request forms. Warranty Protection:

Every Polygon home built after July 1st, 1999 is protected by a 2-5-10 year warranty program. The current warranty provider is Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada. This coverage is approved under B.C.’s Homeowner Protection Act.

The warranty includes the following coverage:

2 year coverage for materials, workmanship, and major systems
5 year coverage for the building envelope
10 year coverage for structural defects
