Polygon establishes River District Vancouver as the newest hot spot in Vancouver’s real estate market.
New Water represents the first opportunity for homebuyers to “buy-in” to this up-and-coming area; as such, its success an indicator of the potential of the cities largest riverside master plan.
“We are pleased to report 61 sales on our opening weekend”, says Polygon’s President and CEO, Neil Chrystal. “With an initial release of just under 80 homes, we are thrilled to have sold more than 75% in the first two days.” Between the sales success and the hundreds of people who visited the community this weekend, Polygon in collaboration with River District developer ParkLane Homes, are confident that River District Vancouver is Vancouver’s next big real estate hot spot.
