After a busy opening week, over 53 of the 99 homes at Polygon’s R + R condo development have already been sold.
R + R is currently under construction at the intersection of Riverwalk Avenue and Kinross Street in Vancouver’s master-planned River District community, and its location has proven to be a major selling point. The area is only a short drive from a number of hotspots — 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver, and just a few minutes from both Metrotown and Richmond — and is expected to attract amenities like restaurants, shopping centres and banks as it grows.
Future residents at R + R will also be close to the great outdoors, within walking distance of parks, walking trails and a pier.
Inside R + R, space and style reign supreme. Residences are characterized by open floorplans and 9-foot overheight ceilings, and feature modern West Coast architecture. Homes at R + R start at $479,900, and a wide selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts are still available.
