After just a couple of weeks of sales, more than 32 homes at Polygon’s Rhythm apartment community in Southeast Vancouver have been snatched up.
Buyers have been impressed with the homes’ high-end features and finishings, which include premium Bosch appliances, over-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant heating and spa-inspired ensuites.
Then, of course, there’s the greater River District master-planned community that Rhythm is a part of. A neighbourhood that covers over 130 acres between Kerr and Boundary Road, and Marine Way and the Fraser River. As the Vancouver Sun reported earlier this month:
It is becoming more and more popular as people realize how central the area is, [Goldie Alam, Polygon’s Senior Vice-President of Marketing told the Sun.] It takes 10 minutes to drive to Metrotown, and less than that to get to Richmond. Other destinations within southeast Vancouver are also readily accessible.
“You’re getting to live in Vancouver for the same price that you would be paying for a home in Richmond,” Alam says. “We really believe there’s significant value here.”
Priced from as low as $389,900 for a 900-square-foot two-bedroom residence, remaining homes at Rhythm won’t last for long. To learn more, visit the sales centre and display home at 3202 River Walk Avenue in Vancouver. The facility is open from 12pm to 5pm Saturday through Thursday.
