Ralph oversees Polygon's sales and marketing activities. He has been managing real estate sales and marketing professionals in the Lower Mainland for over 20 years, and has been associated with Polygon since 1993. Ladner born and raised, Ralph holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Trinity Western University. He enjoys golf, family activities with his wife and two children, and volunteering with several community organizations.

MICHAEL AUDAIN, OBC, LLD

Since 1980, Michael's leadership helped establish Polygon Homes Ltd. as one of British Columbia's leading home builders. Michael currently serves as Chair of the Vancouver Art Gallery Foundation, Chairman of the Audain Foundation for the Visual Arts, and an Honorary Governor of the Vancouver Foundation. He has been appointed to the boards of the National Gallery of Canada and the Vancouver Art Gallery. Awarded two honorary doctorate degrees, Michael is also a member of the Order of British Columbia.

SCOTT BALDWIN
Senior Vice President Development

Scott oversees the planning, design and development of new Polygon communities throughout the Lower Mainland. He holds degrees in both architecture and civil engineering from the University of B.C. and spent many years working with a leading Vancouver architectural firm before joining Polygon in 1996. Scott, a busy family man, is the father of two young daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys photography and oil painting.

IVAN CAMPBELL

Polygon Construction Management Ltd.

Ivan, a professional engineer, leads Polygon's construction management team and ensures the highest levels of quality at all our building sites. He joined Polygon in 1983 after a decade of experience as a field engineer and project manager on large-scale residential and commercial projects throughout the Lower Mainland. A graduate of the University of B.C.'s Civil Engineering program, Ivan is a member of the Professional Engineers Association of B.C.

NEIL CHRYSTAL
President and Chief Executive Officer
Polygon Homes Ltd.

Neil manages all aspects of Polygon's homebuilding activities in Greater Vancouver. Neil joined Polygon in 1987, after graduating from the Urban Land Economics program at the University of B.C. A North Shore native, he is active in hockey and other team sports, as well as helping raise his three children.

CELIA DAWSON
Senior Vice President Interior Design
Polygon Interior Design Limited

Celia oversees the interior design for all of Polygon's sales offices, display homes and amenity buildings, as well as advising on interior specifications. A Queen's University art history graduate who also attended the Inchbald School of Design in London, England, Celia joined Polygon in 1998 after 10 years of residential design experience. Married with two daughters, Celia enjoys a variety of activities including skiing, running and tennis.

ROBERT MACARTHUR

Robert, an urban land graduate from the University of B.C., is the company’s land acquisition expert. Before joining Polygon in 1994, he spent 14 years with NRS Block Bros. and has extensive knowledge and experience in the Greater Vancouver multi-family residential market. He is married with two daughters and enjoys golfing and skiing.

CHRISTOPHER PHILPS

Chris assists the president in the management of the company, as well as leading its development activities. A University of B.C. geography graduate who has a diploma in Urban Land Economics, Chris joined Polygon in 2005 after over 20 years in the Vancouver development industry.  Married with two young children, Chris also finds time to coach minor hockey.

RENE ROSE

Rene oversees the planning and development of Polygon communities throughout the Lower Mainland. A University of B.C. graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Rene, with more than 20 years experience in development management, has served on the board of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association and the Gordon and Marion Smith Foundation. At home, she is busy raising three school aged children.

RALF SCHMIDTKE
Senior Vice President Finance

Ralf, a chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of B.C., oversees all finance and accounting matters at Polygon. Before joining the company in 1980 he served as a tax specialist at the international firm KPMG. Ralf is a native Vancouverite who enjoys sailing and skiing in his spare time. He is also a competitive long-distance runner and an active volunteer in his church.

ED TSUMURA
Senior Vice President Customer Service
Polygon Construction Management Ltd.

Ed joined Polygon in 2007 after eight years with Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada. He has also worked with the Homeowner Protection Office, New Home Warranty of BC & Yukon, and managed his own construction contracting firm. Ed graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and went on to obtain a BCIT Building Technology Diploma.
